Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Prior healthcare experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal/nursing care per resident plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities with residents.
• Respond to resident requests in a dignified manner.
• Maintain a clean, pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities.
• Document care and adherence to plans.
• Follow policies and ensure safety and infection control.
