Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in CNA program or holds CNA license.
• Ability to follow facility policies and safety rules.
• Reliable team member with good communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies, nursing care procedures and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours thereafter.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct patient care.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables and ensure clean water pitchers.
• Assist with other duties as directed by Charge Nurse or Administrator.
