Qualifications

• Active CNA license required.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Recent Physical and TB tests within the last year.
• Driver's license or state ID.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety and Comfort: Provide personalized care with a focus on safety and comfort.
• Assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and coordinate rehabilitation schedules.
• Receive and escort visitors to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Deliver customer service excellence to residents, families, and colleagues.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Maintain infection control protocols and safe environment.
• Report changes promptly to appropriate personnel.
• Communicate effectively to ensure quality patient care.
• Prioritize tasks based on current care needs.
• Document accurately with compliance.
