Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• 6 months to 1 year of lock-down and memory care unit experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift
• Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan
• Assist in preparing residents for activities and events
• Maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment for residents
• Maintain and document daily living/restorative activities and care records

Education
