Studebaker Healthcare Center in Norwalk, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $21-$24 and a comprehensive benefits package.

The CNA will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide high-quality resident care, including ADL assistance, vital signs, and ensuring safety and comfort in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA Certification required.
• Current BCLS certification required.
• No prior CNA experience required; new grads welcome.
• Completion of state-approved CNA program is required.
• Basic computer skills expected; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance with safety and comfort.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning.
• Make beds and prepare residents for rehab or transports.
• Follow care plans and perform basic skin care and dressings.
• Assist with meals and document oral intake/output.
• Operate EMR and respond to call lights promptly.
