Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report incidents or changes in a resident's condition to supervising nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Participate in resident life enrichment programs.
• Interact effectively with residents and family members to address concerns.
• Participate in staff training and other tasks as requested by supervisor.
