Job summary

Aviva Pembroke, a premier senior living community in Virginia Beach, is seeking a compassionate CNA to support residents with daily care and health monitoring. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, CNA certification preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification if required. Training is provided, and the role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized plan of care (ISP) for each resident and observe for changes.
• May check and record vital signs, weights, and other duties as assigned.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, oral care, and toileting.
• Encourage participation in activities and assist residents to activities.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation, and provide transportation when needed.
• Respond to urgent calls promptly and perform other duties as assigned.
