Champion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brockton, MA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents with daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility. Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, meals, turning and ambulation
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report health issues to supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and nutritional supplements
• Make beds and keep living areas clean
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to facility policies and professional standards
• Maintain confidentiality of all Residents and data
