Job summary

Well-Staffed LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Kansas to provide direct resident care under licensed staff. You will assist with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.

Qualifications

Must have a current CNA certification in Kansas.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Have proper immunization records.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions from licensed nursing staff.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with the care plan, policies, and procedures of the facility.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Take vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
Assist with mobility and transfer of residents.
Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Document care provided and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
