Walter Reed Post Acute is hiring CNAs for full-time and part-time roles with day and evening shifts. Earn $18-$23/hour with all-inclusive pay and options to add $3/hr by waiving benefits (FT).

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Provide supportive care to meet physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality care.
