Qualifications

• Must hold NYS CNA certification and be in good standing with the State Registry.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents.
• Report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Assist with residents' personal hygiene (bed bath, shaving, etc).
• Set up meal trays and document intake.
• Assist feeding and provide nutrition supplements.
• Make beds and keep resident spaces tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Turn bed-ridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data.
