Job summary

Ansley Park Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and work closely with nurses to ensure dignity and comfort.

Starting pay is $18.71 to $21 per hour with shift differentials in evenings, nights and weekends. Weekly pay and a range of benefits support your personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
