Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center in Lakeland, FL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. The role involves hands-on daily care and supporting residents with daily living activities in a warm, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, and other activities of daily living
• Assist residents safely with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and dignity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff
• Accurately document resident care, observations, and progress to support quality care and communication
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs and requests
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the healthcare team to deliver outstanding resident care
