Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Missouri.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with comfort, safety, and emotional care.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Help keep resident rooms clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Work closely with nurses and the care team to provide excellent patient care.

Skills

CNA certification (Missouri)

Experience in long-term care (a plus)
