Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work alongside licensed nurses, directly impacting residents' quality of life by assisting with daily activities. You will ensure compassionate service and advocate for individual needs in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include aiding with ADLs, observing changes in condition, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for patients/residents under RN supervision.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families, ensuring comfort, safety and dignity.
