Responsibilities

• Ensures residents are neat, clean, and properly clothed; assists with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene and grooming.
• Reminds residents to take medications.
• Encourages residents to participate in meals; assists with plate and utensil orientation.
• Provides one-on-one support to engage residents or to provide a quiet space to calm them when needed.
• Applies a 5 Star customer service approach in all aspects of the job with a focus on ongoing improvement.
