Job summary

KindHearted Healthcare Services Inc is seeking a compassionate CNA/CMT in Hyattsville, MD to provide direct patient care and medication administration. The role supports experienced nursing staff and reinforces a patient-centered, safe care environment.

You will work with patients and families, document vital signs, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control rules while adapting to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Maryland is required.
• Valid CMT (Medication Technician) certification required.
• Prior experience in healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
