Responsibilities

• Assists providers and nursing staff with routine office-based medical procedures and patient preparation.
• Supports patient flow by escorting patients to exam rooms, taking basic measurements, and stocking rooms.
• Provides patient instruction and reassurance in a calm, courteous manner.
• Documents patient information accurately and communicates updates to nursing staff.
• Maintains clean, safe clinical areas following infection control and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborates with the clinic team to support daily operations and efficient appointment workflows.
