The environment may involve moderate noise, frequent interruptions, and interaction with diverse patient populations. CNAs must adhere to all infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies while maintaining professionalism in a fast paced, team oriented atmosphere. Flexibility may be required to support varying clinic schedules or workflow demands.
