• 1+ years applicable PCT experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CNA/CPCT-A certifications required or as stated in job posting.

Responsibilities

• Shift: Nights in a full-time schedule.
• Perform treatments according to policy and procedures, providing patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and culture.
• Respond appropriately in clinical emergencies and support quality initiatives.
• Follow isolation guidelines and use protective equipment; maintain safety standards.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and upgrade skills continuously.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the healthcare team; maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Functions appropriately in clinical emergencies.
• Participates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities and supports quality standards and initiatives.
• Follows prescribed isolation guidelines, demonstrates appropriate use of protective equipment, performs handwashing according to policy, and enforces safety regulations.
• Exhibits a desire to learn and upgrades skills continuously.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Work Experience:
