Adept Nursing & Rehab of Waverly is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our facility in Waverly, NE. You will support residents with activities of daily living and work closely with the healthcare team to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• Experience in resident care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, condition, and emotional well-being.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service and ensure nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.
