Job summary

Stonerise is seeking a Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at 276 Pennsylvania Ave, Rainelle, WV 25962. The CNA will provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision, assist with activities of daily living, and contribute to a safe, compassionate care environment.

Applicants should have a state-approved CNA program, pass the Nurse Aide Competency Exam, and maintain active certification.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required in West Virginia.
• Completion of required nursing assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to patients under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
• Administer showers, bed baths, or tub baths according to the care plan.
• Provide oral hygiene including denture care.
• Respond to patient call lights and assist with meals and feeding.
• Assist patients with range of motion, mobility and ambulation.
• Complete required forms including intake and output, and CNA flow sheets.
