Metro West Nursing and Rehab Center in Florida is hiring dedicated CNAs to support our short-term rehab and long-term care units. Our leadership team, including Administrator Wendy and DON Hannah, is devoted to empowering staff and fostering a growth-focused, supportive environment.

We offer flexible shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a) and a benefits package that includes OnShift Wallet, PTO, 401K, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
• Active CNA licensure in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions as directed.

Responsibilities of a CNA :

• Recording vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff
• Reminding patients to take medications and other nutritional supplements as needed
• Checking patient vital signs each day and keeping precise records in the patient's chart

Qualifications for a CNA :

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required.
