Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift at Vibra Hospital of Sacramento in Folsom, CA. This full-time role involves 12-hour shifts and a supportive team focused on quality patient care.

Responsibilities include assisting licensed staff with daily living activities, documenting care, maintaining a safe environment, and recognizing emergencies. Requirements: HS diploma, CNA certification, and BLS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.

Full Time - Night Shift

12 Hour Shifts

Hospital Details

Vibra Hospital of Sacramento, located in Folsom, CA, is a 58 bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.

Responsibilities

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Acute care/LTAC experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $19.31 to $25.48
