Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 40-hour work week in a long-term care setting. You will provide resident-centered care including daily living activities, vital signs, and psychosocial support under RN supervision.
Responsibilities include assisting with transfers, meals, and documentation, as well as communicating changes to the charge nurse. CNA certification is required or in progress; prior LTC experience is preferred.

Department Details Summary The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Knowledge of and delivers age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the resident as per care plan. Considered a member of the nursing team and is expected to know, and will be held accountable for, following infection prevention and control policies and Personal Protective Equipment use.
