You will assist with ADLs, monitor condition changes, and report to nurses and supervisors in a supportive home-care setting. Qualified candidates hold a Kansas CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Community Aide This CNA position provides essential, hands‑on care to clients in their homes to help them remain safe, healthy, and independent. Their responsibilities typically include assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. They may also help with basic household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders. They will monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to nurses or supervisors, support comfort and safety, and offer companionship. Their role is vital in allowing clients—often older adults or individuals with chronic conditions to remain in a familiar, supportive home environment.
Hours Full Time | M-F | 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate CNA - $18.15+/hour | HHA - $20.50+/hour
Bonuses CNA - $1,000 | HHA - $1,500
To be paid in two increments at 6 months and 1 year of employment
