Job summary

Ocean Meadows Senior Living in Clinton, CT invites compassionate CNAs to join our in-person team. You will support residents with daily living activities, assist with meals, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

This part-time role requires a CNA certification, HS diploma, and ability to work independently or with others. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or in a group; basic computer knowledge.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals and feeding as needed.
• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, ambulating, turning, positioning.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Follow local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and Administrator.

• Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and feeding them if necessary.


• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.


• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.


• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.


• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.


• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
