Job summary

BAYADA is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate personal care, household support, and companionship to clients in Lexington and Winston-Salem, NC. No experience? Training will be provided, and you will work in a supportive home health care environment.

Starting pay ranges from $16.50 to $19 per hour with weekly pay, and BAYADA emphasizes flexible schedules, ongoing training, and scholarships or PTO options to help you thrive in your role.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or actively pursuing credential.
• Experience in personal care and daily living activities is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companionship to clients.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily routines as directed by care plans.
• Participate in training and adhere to BAYADA standards and schedules.
