Job summary

Absolut Center of Endicott is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. You will work closely with nurses to deliver essential daily care, improving the quality of life for long-term care and rehabilitation residents.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem roles with hourly pay ranging from $20 to $24.50. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, flexible scheduling, shift differential, and CE support.

Qualifications

• Active NYS CNA certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care helpful; new grads welcome.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning of residents.
• Measure and log vital signs (BP, pulse, respiration, temperature).
• Serve meals and assist with feeding; track intake.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and report changes to the Charge Nurse.

Job Summary

Absolut Center of Endicott is seeking dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing care team. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with nurses and medical staff to deliver essential daily care and improve the quality of life for our long-term care and rehabilitation residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• Measure and log vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature)
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and track fluid/food intake
• Answer resident call signals promptly and courteously
• Report any physical or behavioral changes in residents to the Charge Nurse

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education/License: Active NYS CNA certification
• Experience: Prior experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shifts
