Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida CNA certification.
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience.
• Clear background screening through Clearinghouse required.
• Reliable communication and dependable attendance.
• Reliable transportation for applicable assignments.
• AxisCare experience is a plus - not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Offer companionship and safety supervision.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Follow the client's Plan of Care.
• Help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

What You'll Do
