Job summary

United Methodist Homes' Wesley Village in Pittston, PA is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate daily care to residents, following individualized care plans and guidance from licensed nurses.

This full-time day shift role offers 12-hour shifts, competitive pay of $20-$27/hour, and comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, PTO, and employee support programs.

Qualifications

• Current and active Pennsylvania CNA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care in accordance with individualized care plans and direction from licensed nurses
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Promote comfort and safety through proper positioning, skin care, and mobility support
• Support specialized care needs, including range of motion exercises, ostomy care, and end-of-life care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, including rooms and equipment

What You'll Do:
