Job summary

Stonebridge Home Care South is seeking caregivers to provide one-on-one personal care to clients, following care plans created by a Registered Nurse. You’ll have flexible schedules and a supportive environment that emphasizes client-focused care.

You will perform tasks such as dressing, bathing, transfers, and basic home management, while offering companionship and supervision to clients in their homes. Training and mentoring are provided by a CNA Supervisor to help you grow in your role.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients: dressing, bathing, toileting, transfers, eating.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, groceries for clients.
• Supervision and companionship during shifts with a one-on-one focus on each client.
