Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification is required.
• Ability to work in a skilled nursing environment with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including mobility, meals, and hydration.
• Provide compassionate personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Document food and fluid intake accurately.
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements.
• Maintain clean and comfortable resident living areas.
• Transport residents safely throughout the facility.
• Support nurses and team members as needed.
• Follow all facility policies and professional standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations.
