Job summary

Bolivia Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bolivia, NC is seeking a CNA to join our long term care team. You will support RNs/LPNs in caring for residents with daily needs, safety, and comfort.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and an active NC CNA certification. LTC/SNF experience is preferred; full‑time night shifts and PRN weekend options are available.

Qualifications

LTC/SNF experience preferred.
CNA certification in the State of North Carolina required.
High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

The CNA assists RNs and LPNs with personal care, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned.

Weekend Shifts Available
No Frills Track: 32 hours a week inclusive of every other weekend - $24 hourly
