Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in the Rehabilitation Unit. The role requires a current NY CNA certificate, excellent communication, and a team-oriented approach to care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid NY CNA certificate.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (toileting, dressing, bathing, feeding, etc.).
• Provide care in Rehabilitation Unit as CNA.
• Maintain resident safety and comfort and document care.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the nursing staff.
