Job summary

Maclenny Nursing and Rehab Center in Florida is seeking a motivated CNA to join our dedicated team. You will record vital signs, remind patients to take medications, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain accurate patient charts in a clean, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Recording vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff
• Reminding patients to take medications and other nutritional supplements as needed
• Checking patient vital signs each day and keeping precise records in the patient's chart
