Job summary

Raintree Village of Lee's Summit is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, hands-on care to residents in a nursing home environment, ensuring the highest possible well-being.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts across days, evenings, and nights, with a family-based culture and opportunities for growth. Competitive wages and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Experience providing direct care in a nursing home setting preferred
• Ability to follow care plans and document care accurately

Responsibilities

• Follows and upholds the Community’s philosophy and goal to maintain, improve and/or enhance each resident’s quality of care and quality of life.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as outlined in care plan.
• Completes documentation of resident care as assigned.
• Follows safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety.
• Follows and upholds policies and procedures of The Community.
• Follows rules outlined in the Community’s employee handbook.
• Attends and participates in facility meetings and in-service training programs as assigned.
• Follows infection control guidelines.
• Reports changes in resident’s condition immediately to the Charge Nurse
• Observes residents’ rights including, but not limited to, privacy, dignity, etc.
• Promotes positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.

Shifts

In general we offer 4, 8, and 12 hour shifts for our CNA positions. We have openings for full-time (30+ hours weekly) and part-time (up to 29 hours weekly) positions.

• Days: 6am-2:30 pm; 6am-6:30pm
• Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm
• Nights: 10pm-6:30am; 6pm-6:30am
