Complete Care at Glendale West in Glendale, WI is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full- and part-time openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will provide compassionate ADL support, assist with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and ensure a safe, clean environment.

CNA Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Skillfully and compassionately assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, serving/assisting with meals, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
Environment: Proactively maintain clean, safe, and organized living conditions for all residents.
Documentation: Complete all reports and records in a timely and accurate manner, documenting observations and any changes in resident condition.
Compliance: Perform all duties in strict accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Team Support: Enthusiastically perform all other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications & Benefits:
Required Qualifications:
License: Must have an Active WI CNA Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compliance: Meet all state healthcare worker background check requirements.
Skills:
Ability to work independently or as a collaborative team player.
Basic computer knowledge for documentation.
Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
