Rancho Rehab & Healthcare in Florissant, MO is hiring CNAs to join our clinical team, delivering compassionate daily care to residents and supporting activities of daily living.

This role offers flexible hours, evening shifts, and opportunities for advancement within a caring, team-oriented environment. Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Missouri required; COVID-19 vaccination preferred.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Missouri.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 (or willingness to get it).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to support residents in activities of daily living.
• Encourage socialization and engagement to promote well-being.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal tray setup; document intake.
• Make beds and keep residents' spaces tidy; perform daily caregiving tasks.

CNADuties & Responsibilities:

• You provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.

• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.

• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.

• You take care of a Resident’s personal hygiene.

• You set up meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake.

• You make beds & keep the Residents’ space clean and tidy.

• You perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residence.

You’ll be great on this team because you have:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA in the state of Missouri.

• Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it)

• High school diploma or equivalent
