Job summary

Journey is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and support mobility while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Ideal candidates hold a nursing assistant certification or complete a approved training program, with prior experience preferred. Strong communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of an approved training program.
• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of caregiving techniques and working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
