Job summary

Shanoan Springs Rehab Center in Chickasha, OK is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide direct resident care under licensed nurse supervision. You will support daily living activities and report needs promptly, embracing person-centered care.

Hours: Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am. Full-time benefits include health insurance, paid time off, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, tuition and professional development support, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must meet health requirements as required by law.
• Completion of a nursing assistant certification program or proof of current certification.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under licensed nurse supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living per resident routines.
• Document care and report changes to nursing staff.

Purpose of this position

The purpose of this position is to provide direct care to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
