Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Provo is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our growing in-home care team. We offer competitive pay, direct deposit, annual training, and flexible schedules that match you with nearby clients.

As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and ensure reliable, person-centered care in clients' homes. Overtime and holiday pay are available for qualifying roles.

Qualifications

• Non-medical home health caregivers needed for in-home care.
• CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare preferred or willing to obtain certification.
• Flexible schedules and ability to cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with bathing, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
