Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our home-based care team in Grand Junction, Colorado. You will provide one-on-one assistance with daily living activities in clients’ homes, monitor health changes, document in EMR, and support clients with companionship and safety.

This role offers flexible hours with opportunities for full-time or part-time engagement, weekly pay, and a patient-centered, team-focused work environment in a growing home

Responsibilities

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour

With a Pay Range of $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, you could make:

• Full-time (30-40 hours/week) = $28,000 to $52,000 annually
• Part-time (10-20 hours/week) = $9,500 to $24,000 annually

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant with experience in their role to join our team! In this role, you will work 1:1 with each client in the home setting to assist clients in basic activities of daily living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the supervising nurse
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living space for clients

Requirements
