• Attend to patients’ needs while following the Plan of Care and facility standards.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.

CNA/ Certified Nurse Aide Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Currently holds an active state issued CNA certificate.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, and transporting in accordance with nursing supervision, the written Plan of Care, and the given facility standards.
• Ensure patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information of patient condition to nurses.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Reliable transportation to worksite location
