Job summary

ComForCare in Florida is hiring caregivers to support clients in their own homes, promoting independence and quality of life. You will provide daily living assistance, personal care, and compassionate companionship in a trusted home setting.

A CNA or HHA certification is required, with training offered if needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, and reliable transportation is essential; a driver’s license is preferred. Background screening is part of the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State CNA or HHA certification required; we can help with HHA if needed.
• Reliable transportation; driver's license preferred.
• Previous caregiver experience in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
• Background screening is required (Level 2).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent at home.
• Provide personal care support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for families.
