Job summary

Concierge Care is looking for dependable Florida CNAs and HHAs to provide one-on-one care for clients in Glen St. Mary, Macclenny, and surrounding Baker County communities.

We have multiple clients and ongoing staffing needs with opportunities for flexible PRN work as well as a more consistent weekly schedule, including weekday, weekend, morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.

Competitive pay of $18–$22/hour, weekly pay, and W-2 employment; no personal liability insurance required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or a Florida-licensed HHA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• CPR certification.
• Social Security card.
• Health statement within 6 months showing no communicable diseases.
• CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in private homes for clients in Baker County.
• Assist with activities of daily living and client support as required.
• Follow care plans and coordinate with scheduling team for assignments.

We have multiple clients and ongoing staffing needs in the area, with opportunities for caregivers looking for flexible PRN work as well as those wanting to build a more consistent weekly schedule.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Social Security card
• A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you’re free of communicable diseases
• Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication (find bundled CEU options at c-e-u.com)
• Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
