Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a CNA to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in Chapel Hill, Apex, and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes respect, dignity, and patient-centered support, including ADLs, meals, and safety checks.

The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a supportive team with on-call clinical manager assistance to ensure quality care and stability for both clients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training.
• Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and communicate changes to supervisor.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers; use of lifting devices as needed.
• Provide medication assistance as appropriate.
• Support home management tasks (laundry, meals, bed making).
