Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is hiring a Care Giver/Med Tech to provide hands-on care for residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will support daily living activities, monitor health and comfort, and maintain safety across shifts in an on-site senior living community.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, documenting changes, responding to calls, and helping with meals, laundry, and cleanliness. Applicants should be at least 18 with CNA or relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift; monitor and check on residents throughout the shift.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and condition changes (skin, behavior, alertness, weight, diet, activities).
• Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation of resident suites and restrooms.
• Assist with meals, serve and clear trays, maintain cleanliness and promote resident independence.
• Engage residents in activities of daily living and life skills; greet and assist visitors and team members.
