Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurses Aides (CNA) to provide compassionate 1:1 care in Joplin, MO and surrounding areas. Join a dedicated team that values you and your contributions to clients’ daily living.

The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and the potential for part-time to full-time hours with PRN opportunities.

• Demonstrate compassion and reliability in daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (ADL's).
• Light housekeeping.
• Bathing and dressing.
• Grooming and toileting.
• Nail care and range of motion exercises.
• Transfers with assistive devices as needed.
• Oral feeding and vital sign checks.
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal prep, bed making.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility as appropriate.
• Medication assistance.

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurses Aides (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the following areas:

• Joplin, MO + surrounding areas
• DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver - $16.00/hr
• Active MO CNA - $17.00/hr
• *available hours to vary by location.
• Currently looking to staff Part Time up to Full Time hours* + PRN/Fill-In's with potential to build up additional hours.
