Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Missouri is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable in-home support 1:1 with clients.

Locations include Golden, Eagle Rock, and Shell Knob, MO. Positions offer flexible scheduling with weekly pay and potential to build hours, including part-time to full-time and PRN options.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or direct support is beneficial.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic tasks at client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL's) and routine personal care.
• Perform light housekeeping and home maintenance tasks.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
• Support range of motion exercises and transfers.
• Assist with meal preparation, laundry, bed making.
• Provide medication assistance under supervision as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes.

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurses Aides (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the following areas:

• Golden, MO + Eagle Rock, MO + Shell Knob, MO
• DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver - $16.00/hr
• Active MO CNA - $17.00/hr
• *available hours to vary by location.
  • Currently looking to staff Part Time up to Full Time hours* + PRN/Fill-In's with potential to build up additional hours.
    • Golden, MO = Mon-Fri [8a-12p]
    • Eagle Rock, MO = Mon-Thur [4p-7:30p]
    • Shell Knob, MO = Every other Week; 1 day for 2hrs

Job Responsibilities for CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA's & Caregivers -

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
